NeverMissed provides an AI-powered business assistant that answers calls, books appointments, and handles front-line admin tasks on behalf of subscribing businesses. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business. By using NeverMissed, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to applicable taxes.
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you will be asked to provide payment details to continue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NeverMissed complies with applicable laws regarding call recording, AI disclosure, privacy, and data protection in your jurisdiction. This includes notifying callers that their call may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded or transcribed where required by law.
NeverMissed provides front-line administrative support. It may process caller names, contact details, appointment preferences, and basic enquiry information so appointments can be requested or booked. NeverMissed does not maintain a patient database and does not provide medical advice, dental advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency support, or clinical triage.
If you use NeverMissed for a healthcare, dental, therapy, or similar service, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable UK data protection obligations and any sector-specific professional or regulatory duties. You should not configure the assistant to request unnecessary health information.
NeverMissed is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeverMissed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
