Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NeverMissed. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The service

NeverMissed provides AI implementation and automation services for enquiry handling, client workflows and wider business operations. The precise scope of service is agreed with each customer before work begins.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business. By using NeverMissed, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Commercial terms and billing

The scope, fees, billing schedule, usage limits and any ongoing service period are agreed in writing before the service begins. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Bespoke implementations may be governed by an additional proposal, order form or statement of work describing the agreed systems, workflows, delivery stages and customer responsibilities.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation and termination rights follow the commercial terms agreed for the service. Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and partial-period refunds are not provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NeverMissed complies with applicable laws regarding AI disclosure, privacy, communications and data protection in your jurisdiction. This includes making any required disclosures and ensuring your workflows request only information necessary to manage the enquiry, booking or approved follow-up.

7. Administrative support only

NeverMissed provides operational and administrative support. It may process names, contact details, booking preferences and basic enquiry information so approved workflows can be completed. NeverMissed is not a system of record and does not provide regulated professional advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency support or clinical triage.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NeverMissed complies with applicable UK data protection obligations and any sector-specific professional or regulatory duties. You should not configure the system to request information that is unnecessary for the approved workflow.

8. Limitation of liability

NeverMissed is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeverMissed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
